八菱科技撤回公司债发行申请获得批准

　　八菱科技(002592)周一晚间发布公告，根据公司近日收到的《行政许可申请终止审查通知书》，公司撤回公开发行公司债券的申请获得中国证监会批准。

　　2012年10月，公司申请发行不超过2.3亿元公司债券，该事项获得中国证监会受理。

　　公司表示，撤回上述申请的原因是，公司资产财务状况良好，相关金融机构对公司的授信额度大幅增加。
