　　瑞丰石化(08096.HK) 0.000 (0.000%) 公布，集团截至去年12月底止，年度业绩将如2013年录得大幅亏损，主要因为营业额、毛利率低，及判定债项及贷款等有关沉重的利息负担所致。

　　此等判定债项是关於公司在内地的全资附属公司，佛山市瑞丰石化燃料有限公司及相关人士的案件，而公司作为有关债项之担保人之一，截至去年底，集团共需额外作费用拨备，利息约1.81亿元及有关费用约30.32万元。(hi/a)(报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
