　　中银监修订《商业银行并购贷款风险管理指引》，其中将并购贷款期限由5年延长至7年；将并购贷款比例占并购交易价款比例由50%提高至60%；适度调整并购贷款担保要求，将并购贷款担保强制性规定修改为原则性规定，同时删除了担保条件应高於其他种类贷款的要求。(sz/u)
